My Program:
Instead of making a BIG goal, I am making smaller, more manageable goals that are more likely to accomplish. Moving each day is a great place to start, along with eating healthier selections, more water rather than coffee are just a few to start with.

I grew up in a small town in WI, and have moved to MN for more opportunities!
