My name is Jennifer and I am here to be close to people who share my motivation for living a healthy active lifestyle. I am not generally overweigh but I never realized the damage having a baby can do to your body. I gained a lot of weight during my pregnancy and my son is now a year old and getting active. I am not generally overweigh but I never realized the damage having a baby can do to your body. I gained a lot of weight during my pregnancy and my son is now a year old and getting active. It is a lot of work to climb those stairs to go down the slide at the park. I want to be able to go up and down as many times as he wants without having to stop and catch my breath between each climb. I want to get him excited about running races, playing baseball and all the activities he could even think of. I want to be that Mom who is out there throwing him the ball. I want my sons friends to want to come over because I take them hiking, backpacking and show them a great time. Most of all I want to feel and look good.

My Goals:
My goal is to get into my pre-pregnancy clothes by the end of June that gives me 3 months to lose 30lbs. Its going to be close.

My Program:
My goal is to run 4-5 times a week, be active everyday and eat only healthy foods and use healthy portion control.

We all have our setbacks. I still have easter candy here that I can't throw out cuz my hubby likes it. I am glad I thew out the cake tho less temptation! We can do this tho!

Thanks for the friend add! I should point out... "flying" is totally relative. I love running with DD in the stroller, though, as it makes it something we can do together. Sure, I'm now that crazy lady running down the street while singing the alphabet song, but that's ok... emoticon
