Healthy mom, happy family!

I joined SP a few years ago, but stopped after a while with other priorities. I started following the program more seriously in November 2011 after having my 5th kid, and it's been a huge motivator for me to get up in the morning and get some exercise done. The motivation is to lose weight, but the bonus is to feel much more energetic for the rest of the day.

UPDATE - 15lbs pounds lost, 15 pounds to go. But these are the hard ones to get rid of...

It IS a big number! But my Fitbit overexaggerates my activity and counts ALL activity as exercise so it's inaccurate. :)

Thanks kind, thank you!

I have lots of physical proof of being a survivor so when it comes to other stuff, it's natural for me to roll with punches.

I know what you mean. The quinoa pilaf is a pretty quick meal though. I like fast and easy! When it comes to cooking, that is. Hee hee!

Fortunately the tear was small, so i was able to do massage therapy and supplements to heal it. It does still bug me from time to time. Most need surgery for it. Definitely take care and pace yourself and use good form over all. Good luck with it! Its such a fun program!!
