its not going very well. I am struggling with the continuance of getting up early to exercise and that is the best time for me to do it. Ive been really tired and sleepy lately, especially early morning when I am supposed to get up and exercise. I am trying and I know that at some point it will work.

Hey there Ashlee. I've struggled with the same problem for most of my life till I started diong the beachbdy workouts like p90x. They have less intense workout like power 90 and 10 minute trainer. They're fun workouts and there's something for everyone. Also being a part of sparkpeople, especially the P90x team has help me out treamendously.

You can DO IT. Do your best nd forget the rest!! :)
