Mom of 4 Trying to Lose a Lot of Weight - Must Get Motivated!

About Me - Christian, Married, Mom of 4 kids, Homeschooler, and I run an online store.

Goals - Lose 127 lbs (to get to my goal weight of 150 lbs), learn to eat healthy, get active, get healthy and lower my chances of diabetes (I had out of control gestational diabetes with my last pregnancy that required a ton of insulin).

My Goals:
- Eat Healthy
- Stop my Junk Food and Sugar Addiction!
- Start working out and Stick to it
- Be a healthy family
- Drink Water
- Lose Weight
- Get to Goal Weight of 150 (so 127 lbs to lose)


My Program:
Food: Eat 1500-1700 calories a day, choose healthier food items, drink water

Exercise: Nothing yet but I have workout videos I plan to start within a week, also I plan to do walking.
