Hi, I'm Lori. I started using SP in May 2006. I weighed 250 lbs. I have lost 120+ lbs. since I started on this program. I have tracked my food every single day since I started on here, which has helped me tremendously. I exercise regularly now and joined a gym in January 2007. I am now down to a very comfortable size 6!!!!

*UPDATE* On August 24, I had surgery to correct a recurrent incisional umbilical hernia that was initially caused by my first c-section. After the surgeon used a mesh procedure to fix my hernia, a plastic surgeon came in. He preformed an abdominoplasty. He pulled my abdomindal muscles back together and removed a good amount of excess skin from my belly. I had to sit out from the gym for 5-6 weeks for my recovery. I made it back to the gym in October. I'm slowly adding in some strength exercises, because my abdominal muscles are still sore, but I am back full force doing cardio.

1. Tracking my food each day and staying within my calorie range at least 6 days per week.
2. 30-60 minutes cardio 5-6 days per week.
3. 30 minutes or more of strength training 2-3 times per week.

5. Talk to my children about being healthy.
