Just trying to get back in shape, I don't want to be like my Mom's mom who has weighed almost 300 pounds or more all my life. Everything I do in a day is for my family--I want to do something for me.

My Goals:
To get back down to my ideal weight. I weigh more now than I did when I was pregnant with any of my four children. To find the time to get in a real workout.To be healthy and happy.
My Program:
-Tracking calories, everyday and trying to be consistent. I have to work against my mind on this; I seem to naturally eat less after a day I reach the low end of my calorie range. -30 minutes of cardio Monday -Friday and most Saturday's. -Staying positive. Every ounce counts and proves that hard work pays off. Slow and steady can win the race. -8 or more glasses of water every day.
Personal Information:
I'm married with four children, they range in age from 4-13. I have 3 boys and one girl. My other "girls" are my dogs-Chloe and Baby Lou. I've been staying at home since the middle of July 2008. It's the toughest job I've ever loved. I think my kids appreciate me being around more--I sure hope they do.
