I cant give up this time

I am 32 yrs old, mother of 3, and so uphappy with myself I keep making my depression issues worse. I was never over weight until I got pregnant when I was 20 and since then its been up and down but ive been over 200 lbs for the last 7 1/2 years. I use to be very active played sports, ran, swam, had fun,... now I just sit and feel misurable so I am really going to give it my all this time and not give up :)

My Goals:
drink more water, try to cut back diet mt dew, find exercises I can do to loose weight and not bother my back or feet

My Program:
I go to planet fittness I was going 5 nights a week before my back problems started up again now its more like 2 or 3, I do a 10 min. warm up either on treadmill or elliptical then alternate upper/lower machines days with ab days and end with elliptical with 1 min intervals from 1 to 13 level... this is just maintaining my weight now tho so hopefully soon I can jump start faster again.

But being kind to your self is allowing yourself to exercise as much as you need to and to eat all the healthy foods in the quantities to keep you going.... Hope you enjoy spark emoticon
