My Journey to a Better Lifestyle.
After losing my mom to heart failure while undergoing chemotherapy treatment for lung cancer, I keep looking at my future and how if I don't start to change my lifestyle I to could end up missing out on things my kids do. I want to have more energy to keep up with two young children and feel good about myself when we go out. This is my journey.
