Working on a new me

Hi my name is Angela. I am a Marine wife and mother of 3 beautiful kids. This year is my year to work on a new me. Inside and out! I plan on losing 27 lbs. and gaining self esteem, confidence and a brand new set of twins! lol (boobs)

I am determined for myself, for my marriage and for my family!
I have breast fed 3 children, yo yo dieting, fertility drugs, etc.. My body has been threw the ringer!

My Goals:
to lose 27 lbs
and gain self esteem and confidence



My Program:
Mon, Wed, Fri i do the gym treadmill on the weightloss program which is 30 min. then about 15-20 min of strength training. on the opposite days i do exercise on demand tv. lunges, squats, pilates, etc. I am slowy changing my eating habits, incorporating more fruits and veggies, and alternative meats like more turkey and fish. i am concentrating on my protein, fiber and calorie intake. So far that's working for me.

Personal Information:
Im born and raised in San Diego, California.
I enjoy Fishing, scrapbooking and spending time with my family. I have two dogs and i've been a vet technician for 7 years. I'm currently a stay at home mom and a marine wife! hardest job in the Corp!!!!!

Other Information:
my favorite movie is Scareface and the notebook. lol

i love real forensice or detective shows, and ghetto reality tv shows too. lol

That is so cool Angela! I have the hardest time building up my upper body, but my lower body does great. Its a learning game :) You will do great, keep it up!

yea it's been crazy! not sure exactly what i'm doing. i just watch my calories and pt 5 days a week. i don't have time to log so that won't do any good. haha! i don't pt w/ anyone. it used to work for me but now my ipod is my buddy. i just tune it all out and run my butt off. literally! :) i have slowed down but still losing steady. next week is my last wk of class and i'm gonna take a break to focus on my training and my kids (not in that order of course). oh but i hopeful news today. i found out they might be sending my husband home in august. that's coming from our msgt, not just him. so we'll see. :)

Thank you!! How is training going with you? I think the most challenging thing for people is the nutrition. I'm trying to shed some of the winter coat :)

hey girl sorry but i haven't been on much lately! how have you been these last few weeks? how's the new physique? :) as for me...back to work going a mile a minute. life is crazy but it's still good. and the weight...well when i went back to work 3/12 i was 163 and i'm down to 149. woohoo. :) hope to hear from you soon
