This is the year!

My Goals:
reach my target weight

look and feel younger

eat healthier and set an example for my children

make exercise a regular part of my life - not run hot and cold anymore

My Program:
-Cardio 3-5x a week

-strength training 1-2x a week

-48oz of water a day


Personal Information:
I have three children, am a stay at home mom, and a substitute teacher.

Other Information:
I love to read, and to write, but rarely have time to do either one!!

I look for escapism in movies and books, and I love to cook, bake and spend time with my family and friends.

I have been in a horrible rut all month! I broke through 200 finally and its been gain a lb lose a lb gain 2 lb lose 2 lb!!

Nice to read that I'm not alone.
