A New Me

It's 2015 and I spent the past few months doing a whole lot of nothing! I was doing good working out an hour a day and then the holidays came and I just stopped. I had completed the 9-week Les Mills Combat program, which I loved, and then decided to start it over. BIG MISTAKE! I couldn't get into it for a 2nd go-round, and I got bored and just stopped working out. I am now doing a Les Mills Combat/Pump hybrid program, but plan on mixing things up if I get bored or just need a change. As long as ...

I was going to the gym, but stopped in the beginning of the summer. I'll be working on different SparkPeople challenges to keep motivated.

The good thing is your back and that you DID do karate and the shred! Keep moving forward and keep smiling-I know in the middle of my workout when I'm starting to really feel that "I just want to be done with this" I look into the mirror and give myself a huge cheesy grin. Ok, maybe the other people around me think I have issues but it gets me to keep going. Whatever works, right?!
