A New Me

It's 2015 and I spent the past few months doing a whole lot of nothing! I was doing good working out an hour a day and then the holidays came and I just stopped. I had completed the 9-week Les Mills Combat program, which I loved, and then decided to start it over. BIG MISTAKE! I couldn't get into it for a 2nd go-round, and I got bored and just stopped working out. I am now doing a Les Mills Combat/Pump hybrid program, but plan on mixing things up if I get bored or just need a change. As long as ...

I was going to the gym, but stopped in the beginning of the summer. I'll be working on different SparkPeople challenges to keep motivated.

You're very welcome! I noticed that we're both doing Jillian Michaels workouts- LOVE her!

I saw your status- I'm sorry about your dad. I lost mine at the age of 51 a couple of years ago and December 5th has become a very hard day for me.
