Since I stopped working and became a SAHM I hadn't focused much on me, I think I lost apart of myself and a long the way I stopped caring. My journey started because I knew this wasn't the way I wanted to live my life. I want to be fit and be a good example to my 5 children.~ ~ My stats month by month May 22 SW 212 EW 205 June SW 205 EW 197 July SW 197 EW 193 Aug SW 193 EW 185 Sep SW 185 EW 183 Lost track of myself in all of October, getting back on track now!
