It was good to hear from you and I'm glad you're alive and well. I agree, that sometimes calorie counting can go in the opposite direction of your good intentions and it can become obsessive. I go through periods when I track and periods when I don't and amazingly enough my weight stays the same. I've just gotten good at knowing portion sizes and eating clean.
So glad to hear from you and sounds like you're overwhelmed at the moment. The great thing about Spark is it'll be here when you're ready to return. Have you tried alternative forms of therapy for your daughter?
