Let's try this again...
Well, I don't like winter. It's cold...But now that I've gained all my weight back (I've been off SparkPeople for 364 days), it's time to get back on the wagon. I've just about out-sized my clothes and I don't want to buy more. So best solution - lose the weight again and this time, keep it off. I think it will be easier starting in winter - I've already done the winter weight gain and new habits will be better formed by next winter - so hopefully I'll be able to avoid the winter weight ...

My Goals:
My goal is to be able to keep up with my son when playing soccer and to feel like I don't need to hide or blend when in social settings.
My Program:
I've already started changing my eating habits to a more vegetarian based diet with meat only a few times a week, more whole grains and vegetables, legumes, very little processed foods. Getting motivated to exercise is my next goal...I really do enjoy working up a sweat, I just keep forgetting how good it all feels!
