My Goals:
I would like to get down to around 140 pounds. My ultimate goal is to establish a sensible way of living and eating for my family and so far things are going well.

My Program:
My goal is to get at least 20 minutes of cardio 6 days a week with 3-4 of those sessions being circuit training.

Personal Information:
I was born and raised in Atlanta where I currently live with my husband and 6 beautiful children.

Thanks for the comment on my blog. Yeah I have pretty much figured out I just don't have it in me to do a full program that has me doing the same thing over and over again. I like mixing it up and I've found confusing my body that way keeps me moving forward and keeps me motivated. Take care,

Exactly! Once I am home, my motivation is a goner. This semester is brutal and I've just got way too much going on. Looking for a house has taken precedence over calorie counting and going to the gym. I feel like a slug...
