Thanks for commenting on my blog. I haven't totally changed the way I eat, I'm just more conscience of what I'm eating. I don't eat much fast food, but when I'm craving pizza or fried chicken or whatever the case may be, I have some. The biggest thing has been strength training. That has really helped this last little bit of weight come off. Keep in mind too that I've been at this for a year. It's all about persistence and trial and error. Something that works for a while will stop working eventually and then I change things up. Just stick with your program and stay positive. It will work. If you need anything else, email me.
