Working on a new me

I am 29 years old, very soon to be 30. In my mind I guess I always wanted to be "fit and toned" by the time I turned 30 well...I am a little over a week away from turning 30 and am definitely not where I want to be. Several years ago I did a lifestyle change and was able to lose a lot of weight. I guess I got too comfortable and didn't realize that it had crept back up until I look at pictures of myself. About a month ago I decided I need to make a change and get back to eating right and ...
I am 29 years old, very soon to be 30. In my mind I guess I always wanted to be "fit and toned" by the time I turned 30 well...I am a little over a week away from turning 30 and am definitely not where I want to be. Several years ago I did a lifestyle change and was able to lose a lot of weight. I guess I got too comfortable and didn't realize that it had crept back up until I look at pictures of myself. About a month ago I decided I need to make a change and get back to eating right and exercising. I want to feel better about myself and have self confidence. So, that is where I am at right now, just working on a new me.


Well, haven't updated this in awhile. I have not hit goal weight or anything like that, but have managed to drop a few pounds since last year. I am now focused on doing Chalean Extreme along with additional cardio. I am really hoping to see some awesome results within the next 90 days!!

Currently I just really started Chalean Extreme. I am just now in the Burn phase. I am trying to do the circuits along with additional cardio on the ST days.

Other Information:
I love to read. I rather read instead of watching TV. I am a proud mother and wife, love God and our church family.

The eating plan is no sugar no white flour, it is so simple. If you click on Sherlynn spark page from my comments of my blog and read her blog you will see the layout of the program. Let me know if you have any questioins.

WoW I guess I am not alone...

I have being with the company for 5 years too.. I am also very nervous about unemployment... DON'T WORRY.. things will be fine.. We will do it..

I am exited about going back to school too...
I miss being in that environment...

Thanks for commenting on my blog. I haven't totally changed the way I eat, I'm just more conscience of what I'm eating. I don't eat much fast food, but when I'm craving pizza or fried chicken or whatever the case may be, I have some. The biggest thing has been strength training. That has really helped this last little bit of weight come off. Keep in mind too that I've been at this for a year. It's all about persistence and trial and error. Something that works for a while will stop working eventually and then I change things up. Just stick with your program and stay positive. It will work. If you need anything else, email me. Thanks for visiting my blog! I read you just started Chalean Extreme - have fun! I really like that program, I've done 4,5 weeks now and I feel so much more fit and energetic now. I'm looking forward to hear from your experiences on Chalean Extreme!

I started ChaLEAN Extreme on March 4, 2010. I do it along with Turbo Jam & am amazed at how my body is changing.

You're going to love this program, and I hope that I can help you along with your progress and answer questions you might have.
