My name is Michelle and i'am from a small town in NB canada thats right on the border with Maine. I am mommy to three wonderful kids whom amaze and captivate me daily. I have a boyfriend who i'am not sure I could get through this journey without he truely is my main support and motivator he always seems to be able to pick me up when i've fallen down. I began my journey in July 2010 and managed to lose fifty lbs. by Jan. when I found out I was pregnant with my youngest throughtout the pregnancy ...

I have a boyfriend who i'am not sure I could get through this journey without he truely is my main support and motivator he always seems to be able to pick me up when i've fallen down. I began my journey in July 2010 and managed to lose fifty lbs. by Jan. when I found out I was pregnant with my youngest throughtout the pregnancy I put 40 lbs. back on.

Starting weight 350 lbs. (horrid I know)

Oct.22, 2012 had a healthy baby girl and so my journey begins

Dec.6th, 2012 officially done with the baby weight :)

Jan.8th, 2013 at my lowest weight in the past years of 304 lbs. Almost breaking out of 300s, i've gotten to 305 then stalled out and self sabotaged ... NOT this time !!!!

Jan.23rd,2013 - said goodbye to the 300s forever :D

Feb.14th, 2013 - 60 lbs. lost woohoo !!!!

My Goals:
My main goal is more about getting healthy and less about losing weight although both would be great :)

My Program:
Workout for at least 30 min. five times per week gradually increasing, strength training three times per week, stay within calorie ranges and drink at least 8 8 oz. glasses of water per day.
