My Goals:
Be healthier.
Look & feel better about myself.
Improved cardio.
Improved flexibility.
Improved strength.

My Program:
I've already given up soda (going a little over a month strong). I do allow a little on my cheat days, but even on cheat days I do only in moderation and continue with water.

I've started the C25K program, and am completing week 2 tomorrow, in addition to walking for about 30 mins a day.

I've begun watching and using some of the videos by blogilates (on youtube).

Other Information:
I have a wonderful 11 year old, and an amazing fiance'. I'm learning Swedish, enjoy movies, skating, & music. I have some amazing friends though almost all of them live far from me.
