Life is what we make it and I have decieded to make my life a positive and happy experience. Yes there are times where Life can become hard but we have to remember that every lesson has a blessing even if we may not know what it is right away. I have had many struggles in my life but I do not have any regrets because I feel that I have learned alot from these experiences. I have decieded to take action and not complain about how bad life is but do something to make life enjoyable for me and my three beautiful children. I have shedded all of the negative people that were only around to use me and I have also decieded to shed those extra pounds that I don't need. I have been overweight since i was a child and it is time to stop complaining and to start doing something about it.

I have learned to Love myself regardless of what stage in life that I may be in. It may be the hardest stage but Love can get me through anything, not just Love for myself but Love for all people. I have learned that when someone does something to hurt you than you Let Go and Let God deal with it because we are not suppose to judge other people or cause harm to them we are suppose to Love all people even those people that have hurt us. Do not wish negative things toward them Pray that they become better people and learn to Love the way that God Loves Us.

I have three beautiful children and I am doing this for myself and them so that I can show them that they are suppose to Love themselves first and not to allow what people think of them destroy their self confidence. I have been blessed with my children and I will do all that I can to lead them on the right path so that they can live long, productive lives and be positive people but I have to first fix a few things about myself and my weight and lifestyle is just a start.

Fitness Minutes: 540

My Goals:
to exercise at least 30 mins daily

not skip any meals

to drink 8-12 glasses of water daily

no salt or sugar

Be more active with my children

Get 6-8 hours of sleep daily

Pray everyday


My Program:
Eat three meals a day and two snacks. Snacks usually consist of fruits and vegetables no Junk food. I try to exercse at least 30 minutes a day but it varies. Some days I exercise more other days it may be a little less.
Stay Positive even on days I mess up and I always use the food tracker to see how much I have eaten even when I know that I did not do well.
When I am feeling less motivated I look at my children and think about the pants that are two big for me now.

I am 25 years old from Chicago IL. I am a single mother of three children and I Love every minute of it. I Love to read, write, dance and listen to music. I especially Love spending time with my family
