My Goals:
i want to be 118 pound by sept. of next year, or at least skinnier than iam now, 118 sounds like alot but it would be nice. i just want to feel better about myself....

My Program:
i want to eat right, and exersise my way to be healthy and fit, and lead an active lifestyle, it sounds easier than it is for me...

Hi Mommy! Thanks for the great comment you left on my page. It sounds to me like you are doing great're definitly on the right track! Any amount of exercise is better than nothing. I think it's awesome you're doing cardio five times a week for 30-45 mins, good for you!! What type of cardio are you doing if you don't mind me asking? ...I started skipping rope lastnight and it's actually really fun and the amount of calories burned is AWESOME!! I also really enjoy using my treadmill, gazelle and recumbant exercise bike. As for your calorie intake the site should be able to give you an idea of how many calories you should be aiming for each day. Personally I think 1000 sounds like a great number but I'm not totally sure for my weight it says between 1300-1700 a day!! I am aiming for 1000 also, HaHa ...

Thanks for adding me and for the comment on my page! I've lost a lot of weight, but it's been take that as a fair warning.

I started out on Weight Watchers Points. I didn't go to meetings (or pay for the materials again, LOL) all the information you need is FREE on and I also started walking a TINY bit last spring and very, very, VERY gradually built up to the point where, before it turned cold, I was running 3 miles a day (I LITERALLY started walking 15 minutes, very slowly back when I started).

My biggest tip is not to trade long-term success for short-term gain. I've tried and failed a billion crash diets. I'd lose 15 pounds, and then gain back 20. That's why I had so much to lose!

Finally, I LOVE your hair :D

Thank you very much for adding me to your friends list :P Great goals you have! You can do it hon. I know it's going to be hard around the holidays (which is what I'm worried about for me lol) This has been a great sight for me. Nice ppl who are basically here for the same thing. Funny how easy it is to talk to people the way we do here. lol tty soon :P
