I'm a 40 year old mom of three. Not that long ago, I was fit and trim. I did yoga everyday and swam laps. Then life happened, and after three babies in four years, I am now over 200 pounds. I enjoy yoga, swimming and Zumba. However, I also enjoy chocolate - a lot!

I would like to get down to a healthy weight so I can live as close to forever as I can!!

My Program:
I do zumba 2 - 3 times a week, yoga and pilates. As a teacher, my challenge will be to continue this into the new school year!
