I have no friends on here on purpose. I really wanted to track all for myself, but for some reason I saw you starting today. If I understood your post. I too am starting over. All my last goals were 2010 and I hadn't set any goals since. I have yo-yo'd with my weight but its because of no exercise. I thought I'd watch your achievements as motivation if you don't mind me putting you on the spot to do this strong and maybe we can keep each other motivated. You exercise way more than I ever have, but that's the big change I have to make. Good Luck today, tomorrow and throughout. Now to fit my workouts around kids and working. There are so many great sites for workouts at home though so no Excuses for me. I am doing this for myself, my children and God. So nice to meet you. emoticon

Hi Joy, glad to hear that you too feel that Spark People is helping you out on your goals. I'm planning on doing the half marathon in the fall (half the Columbus). Not sure that I'll run the whole thing, probably will do a walk/run. Having issues with arthritis and my gut is having problems with the NSAID's right now. Unless the Doc has something else, I'll just plug along as I do best. emoticon
