i have a lot of troubles doing things for myself. I always put my kids and husband first. However, I'm becoming miserable in my own skin. I'm thinking it could be that its stretched too much. :) I want to do things outside with my kids, but I lack the energy and have zero stamina.

My family is cancer ridden and babies should have a better chance at life when they are in that much of a hurry to come out of the womb.

I want to walk in walk-a-thons and run in marathons. I want clothes to fit right without making me look like a blimp. I want to wear cute clothes. I want to feel better. I want my self-confidence back. I want to live to see my great grandchildren. I want to go hiking and bike riding again. I want to swim at the beach. I want to set a good example for my children because I want them to see their great grandchildren too.

You know, I love my resistance bands, and I have the whole dumb bell set, which I use for upper body and my core days. I am thinking I am going to step outside of Sparks, and find a lower body set, then plug in the exercises from it, to sparkpeople, if that even makes sense.
