i have a lot of troubles doing things for myself. I always put my kids and husband first. However, I'm becoming miserable in my own skin. I'm thinking it could be that its stretched too much. :) I want to do things outside with my kids, but I lack the energy and have zero stamina.

I once did a 3 mile charity walk for premature babies shortly after my son got out of the hospital after he was 7 weeks premature. I want to do more of these. I have a lot to walk for. My family is cancer ridden and babies should have a better chance at life when they are in that much of a hurry to come out of the womb.

I want to walk in walk-a-thons and run in marathons. I want clothes to fit right without making me look like a blimp. I want to wear cute clothes. I want to feel better. I want my self-confidence back. I want to live to see my great grandchildren. I want to go hiking and bike riding again. I want to swim at the beach. I want to set a good example for my children because I want them to see their great grandchildren too.

    It's frustrating to gain when we're trying so hard. I've been eating more recrntly cuz I've been busy with a big project, but am still trying for at least 2 meals a day of healthy eating. i'm watching the scale every day, and WILL NOT let it go more than 2 pounds up!

    I'll bet yours will give you a good reading next time. BTW, thanks for your comment on my blog. I just sent one out that's uncharacteristic of me...I kinda vented!
