My Goals:
My ultimate goal is to reach 150 lbs. Once I get there I may wish to lose 20 more but right now I'm happy with the 150 goal. I have added about 10 lbs every year for the last 17 years. My very first goal is to put a stop to that pattern. 10 % loss is a healthy goal and that is how I'll break mine down: Sw:333 1G:300 2G:270 3G:243 4G:219 5G:197 6G:177 7G:160 UG:150 My Rewards: 1G: can weigh on my B/R scale/night out/ new jeans 2G: Hubby's reward 3G: new/old wardrobe of clothes set aside because they're too small/new family portrait 4G: new insurance policy/new swim suit/DWSD 5G: start traveling more/take Des to an amusement park 6G: spa day/new family portrait 7G: wear the prettiest swim suit I've ever seen that I have had for a long time but never have worn/take Des to Myrtle Beach UG: fly to Hawaii/ Micronesia (where my husband is from)
My Program:
My Nutritional Program: Staying away from processed foods. Trying to eat more fruits and veggies. Drink 8 cups water. Tracking everything I eat and staying in the guidelines. Currently set at 1600-2100 cal/day. Fitness Program: At least 40 min of cardio a day. Strength Training MWF. Walk 10 mile/week. I hope to soon incorporate climbing my stairs/stationary bike/walking to the gym or on the bike trail.
Personal Information:
I live in Southern Illinois in the small town of Eldorado. I met my husband in 2000 and we got married and had our daughter in 2007. I am currently a stay at home mom. Yet I have a BA in psych. and completed the ST Program to be a Surgical Technologist.
Other Information:
I was reading someones page last night and I feel the same way she did. I would love to have one more beautiful child but I would love for everyone to know that I was pregnant. She did it, so there's hope for me, I just need to hurry, I'm no spring chickie!!!!!
