51, and ready for fun! Sexy and sazzy, work in progress

Well, it has been a year since I started Sparks. Fell off for a while but with new goals and ideas I will continue to take the steps needed to keep this body is the best shape I can.
I will be 51 in less then a week, I have continued to work out 3 times a week at our local curves. I keep active wit h both body and mind.
Eating is no longer done as something to do, but for need to feed the body at given times then stop.
Making changes on the inside is nice but reward yourself ...

My Goals:
Dance like no one is watching
enjoy what God has given you.
I love to dance but was afraid of what others would think.
of an old lady moving about.
This old lady don't worry no more. She moves and groves and loves it!

My Program:
Dance both inside and out.
Smile because only you know the answer.
Live, as it was your last!

Personal Information:
positive mind, positive body.
I recently walk for 7 hours in our relay for life. From 7pm until 2 am in the morning:
Why?
Because I needed to walk 1 hour for EACH person I knew or know that had cancer. I do because they CAN"T

Other Information:
Beside working dogs with behavior issues, CGC and service dog work I also enjoy working in my garden and set out to grow at least one thing new each year.
Makes it interesting

I saw your post in Spark Team PTSD and was moved by your story. It sounds like you have overcome a lot, and are committed to learning to cope in a healthy way. Nice to meet you. :)
