Hello and Welcome to Sparks. Congrats on making this step to getting healthy. You will find a lot of info here and there are many waiting to encourage you. Find teams that meet your needs then post every day. That will help you stay accountable. Don't let yourself get overwhelmed here. It will take a couple of weeks before you really feel like you know what your doing. If you have questions please ask. All of us were new once and had to ask ourselves. And do not ever give up.

I just wanted to wish you good luck with your goals. All you have to do is believe in yourself and things will start to happen! Get support from Spark Teams because people can give you great ideas. I started a group called Art & Craft Ideas... so please feel free to join if you have an interest!
