I will do this!
I have been 40 pounds over weight my entire life. I was 103 pounds in the 3rd grade. I have gotten my weight down 30 pounds, but can't seem to get out of the 170s. Well, enough is enough and it is time to get busy! I will get this weight off!

My Goals:
I just want to stay healthy. I don't want to suddenly find myself thirty years from now on oxygen, a ton of meds and wheeling around on a scooter at Wal-Mart. **Short Term Goals** ~Weigh 165 ~learn to exercise three times per week for ( at least 60 min/wk) ~learn to enjoy vegetables or at least eat them regularly! LOL ~continue to learn to eat fewer carbs and learn to like "good" carbs **Mid-range goals** ~Fit nicely into size 12 jeans (started at a 16/18, currently a comfortable 14) **Ultimate goals** ~~Weigh 150# and have a healthy BMI of less than 24.9 (starting BMI was 30.0, currently is 27.9) ~~Wear size a 10 or less ~~decrease waist measurement to 32" or less (currently 36.75")
My Program:
Goal #1: Eat within my calorie range of 1200-1400 every day. I will do this by: *writing down what I eat...every bite, lick and taste *eating when I am hungry and quit eating when I am satisfied *paying attention to portion size *cutting back on chocolate *increasing fruits and vegetables *decreasing "white" carbs and high glycemic index foods *eat clean Goal #2: I will get my body moving. I will do this by: *exercising 30 minutes 3 times a week and increase from there as I am able *long term goal to run a 5K Goal #3: I will feel good in my own skin. I will do this by: *no negative self talk
