Hi Everyone! Thanks for stopping by my page.

After having two babies in 3 years, I'm looking to lose the extra poundage plus a few more in order to look right. I'm short so any extra lbs are quite noticeable. I have had only a little success in temporary dieting only to gain it all back. I love Spark and their easy to use fitness and nutrition trackers! It has helped me so much. This is not a diet, but a new lifestyle!

My Goals:
lose 27 pounds, not look chubby in photos, have more energy, have a healthier and more attractive body for my husband.

Saving up for a treadmill. Would help so much with getting my exercise in, having 2 little ones makes it hard to get outside!

I'm 5,2 so I'm on the short side...hence the amount to lose! :)

I want to run a half marathon someday!

My Program:
eating less junk food, more veggies and fruit, exercising. I am experimenting with less meat and more vegetable protein.

5 days a week - walk/run
3 days a week - 30 Day Shred, with 10 lb weights
