Hi my name is Amy aka MommyAmy. i gain alot of weight over the last 2 years . i had my son in 2007. i am at my biggest 257.9. im very tall 5"11 so my weight looks okay because im tall. but i have Osteoporosis and im only 28. so i need get healthy. my goal this year is to drop down to 170 by end of 2010. i have stop pop and chips and junkfood. i have lost weight before and did really good. but i had my son 2 years ago and put on alot of weight on . well that lil about me.. 2010 will be my year ...

Here is some great ways Sparks and my new lifestyle changed me for the better.

1. I finally am learning to believe in myself and in my strength.

2.I am becoming my friend again instead of being my own enemy .

3.I actually like veggies and fruits.

4. I am no longer obese, I am overweight.

5. I read the labels of my foods and pay attention to what I eat when I fuel my body

6.I actually enjoy shopping again

7.I started out as making this process all about physical changes and it has become a process that has changed me for the better emotionally, mentally, physically and spiritually

8.I appreciate my curves

9.I have met the most amazing people here and I get inspired every day.

10.I am proud of myself .

Workout 3 times a week 30 mins each workout.
