    Hello there. You posted that you want to start releasing weight but have nt succeeded before, and invited advice and comments. I started small, with drinking eight glasses of water. After I,d got that into a habit I begawan tO exercise, and I worked that up from just three times a week to five times a week for two hours. I know you have got responsibilities but you have to put on your own oxygen mask first. I,m picking with all those people in the house you have someone there to look out for the others so you can get out for a hour or so a day. So start looking at your calendar and marking out time for you to be exercising and sparking. Will you begin exercising this month or next month? Decide. Make appointments with yourself and start keeping them. Three times a week is an OK start, but you will want to step that up after a few weeks.
    If you don,t knw what exercise you might like, make a list of possibilities and investigate the options. Check out the local pool, visit a few likely gyms, go to the library and find some exercise classes, then check them out.
