You asked what WW did - vegetables (most of them) were always zero points, so now fruits are also zero points, where they used to be 1 point (2 for a banana). But what they did that was totally nuts was changed the way points are calculated. I understand counting calories or carbs and I understand making sure you are meeting minimum daily requirements from each of the food groups. But calculating points never made sense to me in the first place. They were calculating points using calories, fiber & fat. Now they use protein, fat, fiber and carbs (SO ... I think they are really counting calories now, because you can calculate calories from those stats). But it is impossible to calculate points now without one of their custom tools. They increased daily and weekly points allotments, and most foods calculate to higher point values. It's just way more complicated than it needs to be. So we're going back to the YMCA and I'm going back to tracking on Spark. 2024 days ago
