I LOVE YOUR USER NAME!!! I CAN RELATE I HAVE 4 KIDS AND EATING HEALTHY CAN BE QUITE A CHALANGE. I HAVE ALWAYS BEEN THIN UNTIL MY WONDERFUL CHILDREN WERE BORN. MY FOURTH DID ME IN. BODY HASN'T BEEN THE SAME SINCE.
NOW WITH WORK AND RUNNING THE KIDS TO SPORTS, ALL I DO IS EAT OUT. THE THING THAT HAS HELPED ME WITH EATING BETTER IS TO JOURNAL. I WENT TO THE BOOK STORE AND BOUGHT ONE AND IT HAS BEEN EASIER TO SEE WHAT I EAT BECAUSE I KEEP IT OPEN ALL THE TIME.

I am in love w/ this site. I love the way they set up the cardio and weight training up for you. Right now I'm tipping the scale at 198... and I"m a pant size 13/14. Just 5 months ago I was 165 and I got married 2 months ago and maybe the stress helped put it on lol i dunno. I don't even eat much but I am lazy and since in school i don't get out much and not active. I'd love emailing you and we could give each other some tips etc.. my group I made is for support and tips.
