hi i am 34 and would really like to be back to the size i was when i met my husband.I have 2 kids both girls and would love to be able to play with them without getting tiered so quick.Iv'e been married for 8 years and would really like to lose weight and feel better about my self.

My Goals:
i would like to lose the baby fat i gained from having kids.I used to be a size 7 now i'm a 20 so i would like my curves back.I would also like to have energy to play with my kids.

My Program:
My daughter and i are going to go for walks every day

I live in california for now I'm moveing to washington state,i have 2 girls that i love more then anything and i want to lose this weight for them and me.

I LOVE YOUR USER NAME!!! I CAN RELATE I HAVE 4 KIDS AND EATING HEALTHY CAN BE QUITE A CHALANGE. I HAVE ALWAYS BEEN THIN UNTIL MY WONDERFUL CHILDREN WERE BORN. MY FOURTH DID ME IN. BODY HASN'T BEEN THE SAME SINCE.

NOW WITH WORK AND RUNNING THE KIDS TO SPORTS, ALL I DO IS EAT OUT. THE THING THAT HAS HELPED ME WITH EATING BETTER IS TO JOURNAL. I WENT TO THE BOOK STORE AND BOUGHT ONE AND IT HAS BEEN EASIER TO SEE WHAT I EAT BECAUSE I KEEP IT OPEN ALL THE TIME.

Yeah, that's great! I'd love to share some recipes w/ you. What kinds of recipes do you like or need?

I am in love w/ this site. I love the way they set up the cardio and weight training up for you. Right now I'm tipping the scale at 198... and I"m a pant size 13/14. Just 5 months ago I was 165 and I got married 2 months ago and maybe the stress helped put it on lol i dunno. I don't even eat much but I am lazy and since in school i don't get out much and not active. I'd love emailing you and we could give each other some tips etc.. my group I made is for support and tips. I named in Richmond's womens but I think I'm going to take the Richmond part out b/c I'd love you to join and I don't want someone to thinnk they have to live in RIchmond,Va to join.
