thanks! no prob;em/ definitly get ur self some weights! i wanted to get a work out dvd....but my moms dvd player is broken. so that idea was bust. but yeah...dont reward ur self with food. cuz then it seems like ur deprived from food and u dont want to only get it as a reward. u need it through out ur day...every day. buy wieghts. or download for songs to listen to when u work out. they have tons of work out stuff at walmart for cheeper! they have resitant bamds! thise things work good!
also...u can go to the dollar store and get work out videos...there like old fashioned. but hey there only a dollar!!! 2317 days ago
