One Step at a Time

So after looking at a lot of other members suggestions I decided to take the suggestions of just picking one thing and making a commitment to get that done.

I decided to start with committing to 10 min of walking or biking six times per week. After I have met that goal for 2 weeks I will add another.

I saw in the 40 somethings huddle that you need support so I wanted to stop by and offer my support. Congratulations on your loss so far, you should be proud of the work you have put in! Not knowing what you are struggling with, I will just say that reaching out to people is a great way to get through the rough spots. And if you need to, go back to the beginning and make sure you are tracking everything, reading all the articles you can, and just keep reaching out when you need to!

I saw you needed support....are you renewing your spark? I was here before but I didn't stick with it for long....now I am trying it again....only this time I am not doing it alone...I am reaching out, visiting peoples pages...trying to find spark buddies for support. Loosing weight it hard....and I know I need a support system. I hope you had a wonderful day.
