MERRY CHRISTMAS! I am hoping that you have a good plan to get through the week without gaining! I am going to be walking!
I am starting afresh today and hope to have a better report next week, Christmas is a time to celebrate the coming of Christ! I have a plan to get through Christmas with less of me! Hope that you have a great Christmas!

Thanks for the add! It sounds like your plan is not too much different than mine. I have been doing the 30 day slim down in the morning and riding my bike in the evenings. I really enjoy riding my bike. I have tried walking in the past and for me it did not seem to do much good. But the bike on the other hand has helped tremendously. I have now lost about 41 lbs on this plan so I am sticking with it. I still have 60 to go. I think what you are doing is going to give you the results that you desire. Keep me informed with your progress!

Got to "Edit my Spark page"... then scroll down until you see the weight loss ticker... there is a box that you have to click to "show weight loss ticker on your home page". click that, then customize it... (hopefully that helps)
