Hey there! I'm here to try and gain control of my health. I aim to get 10 minutes of cardio minimum a day, while balancing school full-time AND being a full-time mom to an ACTIVE 2 year old. I want to be able to keep up with him, and not get lost in the process. This is also a way for me to gain control of this lovely plateau I've hit.

My Goals:
10 pound increments.. So, I have three and a half mini-goals to reach this small major goal. I'd honestly love to be about 180. I want to keep up my health food and exercise regimen as to be a good influence on my son.

-South Beach Diet
-10 minutes of cardio a day and some strength training using weights and my own body
