Welcome to the Couch to 5k running group!!!! Stop by the message board and introduce yourself to the team. On the team page you will find a thread for each training week. Click on week one and post were you are at in your training. This is a great way to meet others who are in the same phase of training as you. Some of my best friends were in my training week one and we worked through the program together sharing victories, questions, comments, and ideas. I look forward to learning more about you. Hi, I was just browsing around, and I found a comment from you about Zumba. It's so funny because I just did the DVD this morning! I finally got it out again after 3-4 years! It is fun, especially because it's not like your normal, boring aerobics workout. I did that instead of my regular recumbent bike for 60 minutes.
