Hi all, I'm Mandy, happy married mom to three beautiful angels. I am a full time student, with only a year left till I will be able to hold my Master's Degree in my hands, can't wait for that day! I am here to try and get some help to reach my goals, and hopefully make a few friends along the way.
I want to loose ALOT of weight. I have always had weight issues. However, after the birth of my 1st child i was able to loose down to a size 4 and 129 pounds. I stayed there for about two years, till i became preggie with my 2nd. I am now at 210 (been yo-yoin between that and 190 for the past year). I need some help figurein out what I doin wrong. I hardly eat, and when i do, i don't eat red meat (hardly any meat at all), no hard carbs, and drink TONS of water. I also excercise regularly, but still can't loose the weight?????
My goals for this program are to eat only veggies, no hard carbs or meat, no 'whites'. Drink my 8c. water+, and to excercise at leat an hour a day.
