What to say? I am an overweight 33 year old SAHM of 4 children. I struggle daily to eat right and get moving more. Some days I succeed, somedays I don't. I need to lose 100+ pounds...it is time to get serious!

Attempting to stay within my calorie range. Doing at least 30 minutes of cardio a day. Strength training 3 times/week

Trying out a variety of at-home workouts including: Turbo Jam Tae Bo Biggest Loser Bootcamp Cardioke Walking with my 2 little ones when the weather allows Warmer months mean Geocaching! A fun little hobby that often includes some hiking. Fun for the whole family! And great opportunities for me to do some photography as well!
