Momma is serious this time, hee, hee

I will be 60 years old in July and I am serious about loosing this weight, in a very healthy manner. I don't want to look like a whale for my sons wedding and for the rest of my life. It would be great to have a buddy or 2 or 6 to encourage and to be encouraged by.

Come on Sharon, are you using the wedding as an excuse to slide backwards? I sure did my own slide, and am working towards getting rid of what I did and then some. Time to buckle down and meet this goal, because I for one will not use weight loss as my new years resolution ever again.

You'll be happy to know I made it WeightWatchers tonight...its bad, real bad...got a long road ahead of me, but I'm gonna be 40 next month and I need to stay focused on my goal. I fell hard off the wagon (again), but I am in the passengers seat again, with the Good Lord as my driver, so not gonna worry bout veerin off course again!
Hope the wedding is wonderful! Have a great time Momma!

Today, I walked at the park 30 minutes, and tonight I rode the exercise bike for 30 min while using the arm weights and doing some arm exercises. I feel great! Now I just gotta remember this great feeling so I can get moving every day. My exercise goal is to love doing exercise so much, that I can't live a day without it LOL!

I was wondering if you were mad at me for something? I haven't "heard" from you lately, is something up?

Checkin in Momma! Hope your havin a good week! I'm still doin good, eatin healthy...cut the grass today, then Amanda and I went to the park and powerwalked! I am sore as heck! Feels good tho! Goin to bed, thank you for all your encouragement! Don't know what I'd do w/out it! emoticon emoticon
