Digging out of Depression and working on being a role model for my kids!

My mental health has been my priority over the past 3 years, it has been one of the longest roads I have been one. After 3 years I can say I got my new true self back, thanks to the right medicine. My family suffers from mental health but all to proud to ever be treated for it; however I changed that cycle and got treatment. It was not easy being put on and off medicine and lossing all motiviation.

Thanks to the support of my husband and the desire to find my happy, carefree self I am back on track. Right to take my life back, be the driver in the seat and the depression and show my kids that you can change your life at any point you just have to put the work in.

Hey how have you been? I have been so busy on farm with new babies and with babysitting I have not had much time to get on sp or the computer for that matter! Hope your going good I have gotten off track with eating but am trying to work on it. emoticon
