I can relate to your comment about making exercise a priority. I'm so busy trying to get work finished and taking care of two kids that I'm often too tired to take the first step toward exercising. I know I NEED to do it. For me, the first step is the most difficult. When tired - I tend to be stuck in the mind set of -"I work hard, I'm tired, so I need/deserve a break" - so I rest during my break times - instead of exercising. I need to work on changing that.
