I never want to look like this again!!!!!!

I do track my calories every single day. it doesn't take long, and it lets me know where I am lacking, and where I have too much. I keep track of not only where my fat, carb and protein daily values are, but I also track my fibre intake. I make sure that I have 20g of fibre every day. I drink 10 glasses of water each day. I eat a bit , at least, at every meal, even if breakfast is just a small yogurt or an apple. I try to get at least 30 minutes of cardio in every day, ranging from a walk around the neighborhood, to a bike ride, to an exercise video. I like to mix it up with a few options, so that i am ready for any weather, and any mood. Some days i do a 1-2 hour longer walk, including some hills. I have NOT spent very much time doing weight training, because I am healing from a back injury. Soon enough I will be doing weights, and will get over my small plateau of weight loss here. I have 14 pounds to go!

I have been trying different programs for a few years now. I don't think that using spark is a program, because you can do whatever you want and just use spark as a tracking device. I just think I really hit the time when I thought, ENUF! get on with it already, and once I got started and really toughed it out for awhile, and got results, it became easier, and almost addicting to keep up the healthier lifestyle!

I am from Canada. Dealing with an injured back, and trying to maintain weight loss while being fairly inactive. I CAN DO IT!

I love books, rarely watch movies, but definately a reality TV addict.
