My goals for 2012 are waking up for Fajr prayer consistently, doing yoga 4-5 times a week, cutting down on the consumption of sweets, eliminating soda from my diet, and eating healthier. InshaAllah I will accomplish all of this with the help of Allah!
Go, go, go for it! You can absolutely get what you want. Just start with small steps and add on. Spark People has sooooo much information, and the people are so supportive. If you log on every day (even for just a few minutes), you will learn a lot and make real progress. It really helped me to start logging everything I put into my mouth on the nutrition tracker. That's how I found out how many calories those "little snacks" were costing me. And logging in fitness minutes is just plain fun. LOVE those virtual trophies. Hang in there!
