My Journey to a healthier me

I have struggled with my weight since I've had 3 kids. I have decided this is the time to get my life back and be more active. I recently joined a weightloss challenge where I lost 5 lbs, an inch in my waist and in my thighs within just 3 weeks. Hopeing to get down to a size 8 from a size 14 my memorial day.

I like the kickboxing videos here on SparkPeople. They are ten minutes and I feel like I get a really good workout. I have also been on youtube and found fun videos there. Good luck with your goals.

I have the zumba videos, and EA active for ps3, they are both fun, but I mostly just do a lot of sit ups and kettle bell squats when I'm stuck at home
