My Program:
I try to Eat Clean and Exercise consistently. Also to realize slip ups may happen and that I need to learn from them and move on. Stop punishing myself.
Personal Information:
I love to play soccer and be active. I struggle mostly with motivation for other activities. I am an avid reader and love to read books with the kids.
