Just For Me

I am hoping this can be something I can do that is just for me, is all about me as most of my time is spent in mommy mode. I would like to get motivation and information here that I can use to lose the mommy weight.

My Goals:
I am going to lose 30 lbs, quit smoking, and get healthy.

My Program:
I am going to exercise at least 20 minutes every day. Three days/week will be 40 minutes/day.
I am reading Allen Carr's Easy Way to Quit Smoking for Women.
I am cutting the junk food out of my family's diet. No more bringing it in the house.
